₹399 total, paid once, for a lifetime licence to use this version of Milo Character on one Windows device. No automatic renewal. First activation requires internet. Later launches verify the saved licence offline. Online account and update checks send device information, not reminder content. Reinstalling Windows or changing the device may require support-assisted reactivation.

Your information

We store your name, email, mobile number, city, computer name, reported MAC addresses, operating system and app version, last online contact and a hashed device identifier, registration and activation dates, and payment references to fulfil purchases and support licences. Razorpay processes payment details; Milo does not store card details. Security checks store hashed IP-based request counters. Offline usage and reminder content are not sent to this portal.

Optional AI photo generation sends your selected photo to OpenAI only when you explicitly request it using your own paid API account.

Contact support@MiloCharacter.com for access, correction or deletion requests, payment help and device changes. Purchase records are retained as needed for support, accounting and applicable obligations.

Refunds & cancellations

Milo Character is available for a one-time payment of ₹399 for a lifetime licence on one Windows device.

Once the licence key has been activated, the purchase cannot be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
